Brexit at the British Spanish Lawyers Association conference

Rachael Kelsey was invited to speak at the BSLA (British Spanish Lawyers Association) Annual Conference in Madrid today. She was speaking on Brexit from a Scottish perspective- the significance of the recent caselaw from the Scottish Courts: Wightman, Cherry and Vince and the impact that changes in the law will bring for individuals and families.
