Transgender children and young people in Scotland

Rachael Kelsey spoke at the International Centre for Family Law, Policy, and Practice conference on Gender, Inclusivity and Protecting the 21st Century Family in London. She presented a paper, ‘Transgender children and young people and the State – a view from Scotland’.

The implications of the revised proposals from the Scottish Government in relation to the Gender Recognition Act 2004 impact significantly on children and young people.
