Rachael is a founding Director of SKO. She is accredited as a Specialist in Family Law and as a Family Mediator by the Law Society of Scotland and is President Elect of the European Chapter of the International Academy of Family Lawyers (IAFL).
Susan is one of the founding Directors of SKO. She is one of only five Law Society of Scotland accredited Child Law Specialists in Edinburgh and is also accredited as a Family Mediator. Both the Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners recognise Susan's skills and ability.
Alison is a Director of SKO and is accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a Specialist in Family Law and as a Family Mediator. She also holds a postgraduate Certificate in Mediation and Conflict Resolution; is trained as a Collaborative Lawyer and as a Family Law Arbitrator.
Caroline is an Associate with SKO. She trained in Edinburgh with a large multi-disciplinary firm and then worked in the Central Belt in a busy court practice for three years before joining SKO in 2012, becoming an Associate in 2017.
Claire is an Associate with SKO. She is accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a Specialist in Family Law and has over a decade of experience as a family lawyer. She is a trained Collaborative lawyer. Claire joined SKO in 2018.
Stephanie is a Senior Solicitor with SKO. After qualifying she worked in a busy high street court practice before joining SKO in 2015. Stephanie is bilingual (French) and has worked in France. She also speaks German and Spanish.
Roisin trained with SKO, having completing the Diploma in Professional Legal Practice at the University of Edinburgh. She undertook her undergraduate LLB Hons degree at the University of Aberdeen and obtained a Commendation in the Graduate Diploma in Law CPE Exemption from the BPP Law School in London.
Catriona graduated from the University of Aberdeen with a First Class degree in Law (with Honours) and a Distinction in her Diploma in Legal Practice. She studied Family Law at honours level and wrote her Dissertation on Forced Marriage and honour based violence.
