Rachael Kelsey takes part in American Bar Association Webinar

Rachael Kelsey moderated the first panel of the ABA International Law Section webinar series, 'Learning the fundamentals of International Family Law' today.
The series of sessions will take place over two days and include practitioners from across the US and Europe. The topics covered include differences in civil and common law jurisdictions; child custody jurisdiction in the US and the UCCJEA; drafting marital settlement agreements in cross-border family law cases and service overseas.
