Megan Pathal , Trainee Solicitor

Megan joined SKO as a Trainee Solicitor in September 2024. 

Megan has a first-class, Scots Law with English Law, degree from the University of Aberdeen, where she also undertook her Diploma in Legal Practice. During her LLB she undertook International Family Law at Honours level. 

Megan was a Researcher at the Aberdeen Law Project between 2020 and 2023, which involved community outreach, engagement, education and representation for local people in Aberdeen with legal issues.  Megan was a competitive swimmer whilst at school and then taught children to swim throughout her student years. Megan has provided care to both adults and children and learnt sign language at the Aberdeen School for the Deaf.
