Nina joined us as an Associate in 2026, with over a decade of experience advising and representing clients in family and child law matters across Scotland. She undertakes her own advocacy and appears regularly in the Sheriff Court as well as having a significant practice in the Court of Session.
Nina advises in the full range of family law matters including divorce and financial provision and has a particular interest in complex child law disputes. She is known for her work in sensitive and high-conflict cases.
Nina is regularly appointed by the judiciary to act as a Child Welfare Reporter and Curator ad litem, and is also accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a Family Mediator. She has been involved in a number of reported decisions, which have contributed to the development of Scottish family law.
Clients value Nina’s clear, direct advice and her ability to guide them through challenging and often emotional situations with empathy and determination. Her approach combines careful legal analysis with a practical focus on achieving the best outcome for those she represents.
